Assists management with the execution of the business and HR plans including human capital change initiatives, talent acquisition, retention, reward /recognition and execution of lower-level actions resulting from organization re-design.
Acts as key support resource to senior colleagues who represent business in employee consultation or representation forums (where relevant).
Support senior colleagues in all talent management activities including performance management, training, career development and diversity and inclusion activities.
Establishes contacts across the HR function to ensure all transactional, operational and other needs are managed in a timely and seamless fashion; liaises with HR colleagues as necessary to resolve issues or queries.
Provides first line advice to colleagues in the client group when the query is beyond the scope of Shared Services.
Initiates all other colleague-related transactions executed by Shared Services on behalf of the client group.
Partners with Shared Services to provide meaningful analytics to the business which can be used to inform decision-making.
Ensures efficient on-boarding, off-boarding and transfer of colleagues as necessary.
Supports the HRIS product and application roll-out within the client group.

Skills Required
- Experience supporting HRIS product and application roll-outs
- Experience in talent management including performance management, training, career development, and D&I initiatives
- Experience with employee consultation or representation forums and employee relations
- Ability to partner with Shared Services and liaise across HR to resolve operational issues
- Experience delivering HR analytics to inform business decision-making
- Experience managing onboarding, off-boarding and colleague transfers
- Provide first-line HR advice to colleagues beyond Shared Services scope
