What You'll be doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers; set technical direction, define priorities, and grow team capabilities
- Design and develop automation platform used to provision, configure, and monitor HPC data centers.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust full-cycle solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues in distributed environments and contribute to system observability and reliability improvements.
- Work cross-functionally with architects, DevOps engineers, product managers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
- Lead the team’s code review process, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement activities.
What We Need to See:
- B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Computer Science/related field
- 6+ overall years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing software development teams
- Proven ability to lead technical teams: hiring, mentoring, technical road mapping, and cross-team influence
- Strong programming skills, with a clear motivation for automation and tooling.
- Strong technical abilities, problem solving, design and debugging skills.
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
