Job Description- Candidate should have hands on knowledge of EOT crane installation & commissioning.
- Able to lead team of site engineers and demonstrate leadership skills.
- Maintain highest safety standards at Site as per company policy and strive for ZERO accidents.
- Should follow all the Site operation processes & maintain the same.
- Technical discussion supporting for New Orders by regional sales managers.
- Visit to Site for Site assessment & share the site updates in precise format.
- Based on site urgency, need to travel on immediate basis as & when required.
- Affiliate performance validation after every 3 months.
- Handle the site individually with affiliate team so need to take ownership while executing the work.
- Financial & company target to be adhered without compromise on Safety.
- Site Visits for critical project for Site assessment whenever required also visit for big size projects.
- HOC punctuality - Complete the Crane as per plan / agreed timeline.
- SAT issue to be taken up with Tech support to avoid repetition in future.
- ISO Audits & Monitoring all HSE Related Documentation on Team site regularly.
- Support customer for under warranty cases whenever IS Team is occupied
- Handling Export orders execution / supervision if needed
- Person should use to Travel & outdoor / Field site activity
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
Qualification Required – Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering
Experience – Min 6-8 years

Skills Required
- Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on knowledge of EOT crane installation and commissioning
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of site engineers
- Strong HSE and safety management skills to maintain zero-accident standards
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for site assessments and urgent deployments
- Experience with Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and commissioning processes
- Ability to support technical discussions for new orders and handle export order execution/supervision
- Ownership of site operations and ability to meet project timelines and financial targets
