Define and manage functional system requirements for lift truck machine functions. Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to specify interfaces, verification/validation, subsystem integration, and test scenarios. Apply systems engineering methods, contribute to FTA/FMEA, coordinate with supply and service, and report progress while driving continuous improvement.

Sell agreement-based lifting equipment services, develop new business, manage CRM funnel and sales cases, meet monthly quotas, support renewals and customer relations, log activity, and collaborate with branch management.
