The Job

The Manager, Service Partner Network is a critical new position that will develop and lead a team that is responsible for Omnidian's network of field service partnerships. This team is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing these partnership

What You'll Do

  • Here are some of the things you will do in the capacity of a team manager:

  • Team Management: mentor and coach a team of direct reports, define clear goals and KPIs, track progress, and foster professional development
  • Internal Service Network Champion: evangelize the role of the Field Service Network across internal stakeholders and represent the Service Partner perspective and experience
  • Salesforce Transition Leadership: collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for the Salesforce platform, lead the development of Salesforce-focused training materials, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for the Service Partner Network

  • Here is an outline of some of the things your team will be responsible for:

  • Network Development and Expansion: lead the strategic sourcing and evaluation of new Field Service Partners to meet growing service demand
  • Onboarding and Training: oversee the onboarding process, including the development of training programs, partner documentation, and ensuring alignment with Omnidian's standards
  • Partner Relationship Management: build strong, collaborative partnerships with existing Field Service Partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and fostering mutual growth
  • Partner Performance Management: establish KPIs, monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to ensure partners consistently deliver exceptional service
  • Compliance: oversee compliance with quality and safety standards, contractual obligations, and any relevant industry regulations

Who You Are

  • You are an analytical problem solver who is comfortable working in a growth stage company that is fast paced and learning to scale
  • You are self-motivated and are not afraid to act independently and make quick decisions to deliver an outstanding client and homeowner experience
  • You are passionate about working in a culture to empower others and are excited to lead a team within a growing start up
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills to effectively convey information to team members and business leaders to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • You have strong analytical and data modeling skills, with a passion for analyzing data and identifying patterns
  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in partner/vendor management, relationship building, or a similar client-facing role
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team, providing guidance, and promoting accountability
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zendesk and Salesforce experience highly desirable)
  • Experience leveraging business intelligence systems

Experience That's a Plus

  • Degree in a business or quantitative field (engineering, economics, mathematics, business administration)
  • Familiarity with solar energy systems or technical service environments
