Leads enterprise process architecture, value-stream optimization, operational re-engineering, and cross-functional workflow improvement. Designs target operating models, maps current and future processes, identifies bottlenecks, defines business and system requirements, and partners with Operations, Field Services, Go-To-Market, Product, Technology, and executive leaders. Establishes process standards and governance, supports platform migrations and global expansion, and develops continuous-improvement capabilities across matrixed teams.

Implement and maintain Java full-stack features, Spring Boot components, bug fixes, tests, and integrations. Contribute to Databricks data pipelines and Python components, write SQL, participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies, debug reliability issues, and improve development processes. Collaborate with senior engineers while developing ownership of well-scoped work and using Claude for coding, refactoring, debugging, and integration testing.

Lead the architecture and evolution of platform reliability, infrastructure, observability, automation, and operational excellence. Design and operate Kubernetes platforms, Terraform and Ansible infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, Grafana-centered observability, and self-healing systems. Establish SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident management, and toil reduction. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, project management, and standards for safe use of AI coding and operations assistants.

Leads people analytics and total rewards insights across engagement, recruiting, workforce planning, compensation, equity, and organizational health. Integrates data from HR and recruiting systems, builds trusted reporting, conducts compensation benchmarking and cap table forecasting, and provides recommendations to People, Recruiting, L&D, Finance, and business leaders. The role also supports HR technology platforms and identifies workforce risks and opportunities.

Designs and develops Java full-stack features and services, Databricks data pipelines, Python components, and data systems supporting performance and financial insights. Leads technical design, testing, code reviews, security practices, milestone planning, and cross-team delivery. Mentors engineers, promotes effective Claude usage, participates in agile ceremonies, and improves engineering processes and developer experience.

Researches and resolves commercial invoicing discrepancies using Salesforce and partner invoices. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and field service partners to validate discrepancies, update records, or negotiate corrections. Maintains discrepancy logs, analyzes patterns, and develops standard operating procedure improvements for leadership. Requires solar technical troubleshooting and invoicing experience, with commercial solar and Salesforce experience preferred.

The People Analytics Manager will build trusted reporting across engagement, recruiting, workforce planning, organizational health, compensation, and total rewards. The role connects data from HR and recruiting systems, performs equity and cap table forecasting, benchmarks compensation, identifies workforce trends and risks, and translates findings into recommendations for People, Recruiting, L&D, Finance, and business leaders. This senior individual contributor will also improve analytics use across Rippling, Lattice, Carta, and Pave while maintaining data quality.

Lead end-to-end accounting for multi-entity US and Australian operations: consolidations, monthly/quarterly/annual close, audit readiness, tax and compliance, controls, and systems. Own external audit, bank covenants, investor reporting, and accounting technology roadmap (NetSuite, automation, AI). Manage and develop a 4-8 person team and partner with cross-functional leaders and the CFO.

Own and scale the corporate three-statement financial model; lead monthly/quarterly forecasting; build scenario plans; analyze financial performance; prepare executive and board reporting; partner with Accounting and business leaders to drive financial alignment and tool/process improvements.
