The Role

Purpose: Build and lead an elite team of Inside Sales Representatives who generate qualified pipeline and set the foundation for Eve's sales engine. You'll own the top of the funnel, developing ISRs who master outbound prospecting, consistently hit activity and conversion metrics, and create opportunities that convert to revenue.

Team: You'll manage a team of 8-12 ISRs, reporting directly to our Head of Mid Market Sales.

Impact: Your team will be responsible for generating qualified meetings and pipeline for our Account Executive team. Success means building repeatable processes, developing top talent, and establishing Eve as the gold standard for ISR excellence in legal tech.

What You'll Do

  • Own and exceed monthly/quarterly metrics for meetings set, SQLs generated, and pipeline created by your team
  • Design and optimize outbound prospecting strategies across cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Establish clear qualification criteria and seamless handoff processes to the AE team
  • Implement tools, tech stack, and workflows that maximize ISR productivity and effectiveness
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard world-class ISRs who embody Eve's standards for excellence
  • Provide daily coaching on talk tracks, objection handling, discovery questions, and qualification frameworks
  • Conduct regular call reviews, live coaching sessions, and skill development workshops
  • Build and refine repeatable processes for prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity handoff

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years managing ISR/SDR/BDR teams in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of building teams from scratch or scaling them significantly
  • Experience managing in a high-growth, metrics-driven environment
  • Consistent history of hitting or exceeding team quotas (meetings set, SQLs, pipeline generated)
  • Personal background in outbound sales with demonstrated success as an individual contributor
  • Deep understanding of what great prospecting looks and sounds like
  • Strong hiring track record with ability to identify coachable, driven talent
  • Ability to coach both mindset and skill—you develop complete sales professionals
  • Experience building structured onboarding and training programs for new ISRs
  • Experience implementing and optimizing sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and building data hygiene standards
  • Deep knowledge of cold calling best practices, email sequencing, and social selling
  • Bias toward action and experimentation; you iterate quickly and learn fast
