We are building our Salesforce Consulting practice, and we are looking for a Salesforce Enterprise Architect who is self-driven with a passion for helping organizations solve complex business and technology problems! You will design, build and deliver relevant, innovative and robust enterprise-wide solutions, lead business and technology requirements sessions, act as a subject matter expert and solution leader between clients and the project team, lead discovery sessions, and design, document and communicate vision and solutions. This role can be based in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary or Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategy and business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and product
  • Lead technical design sessions which includes building architecture/road maps, creating, estimating, and solutioning user stories and developing technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives
  • Lead large teams of consultants, developers and/or solution architects working with Client stakeholders, RSM management consulting and other RSM practices on multi-stream digital transformation projects
  • Demonstrate Salesforce thought leadership and educate clients on Salesforce multi-cloud and platform best practices and ensure compliance with architectural standards, principles and best practices across the implementation team
  • Provide Salesforce expertise during sales efforts to educate prospect, pursuit team and estimate the technical level of effort
  • Learn, create and evangelize new industry trends and advancements in product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitions and assess business and technical feasibility
  • Create and improve service offerings to provide industry leading solutions.  Formulate architectural standards and build templates, frameworks and tools for Salesforce practice
  • Drive pre-sales from lead to opportunity close
  • Coach and mentor junior resources

Basic Qualifications 

  • A passion for Salesforce
  • 5+ years’ hands-on experience in the Salesforce platform including 3+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect
  • Deep and broad experience across multiple Salesforce clouds
  • Leadership experience and/or capabilities with the capacity to drive change, influence decision-making and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Adept at managing client expectations, design and architecting solutions that meet business needs and providing architectural and project leadership across multi-stream implementation teams
  • Experience in leading customer facing requirements gathering sessions
  • Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between
    current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable
    achievement of the desired business outcomes
  • Proficient understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
    Experience Cloud, RCA/ARM, App Cloud and adjacent systems such as MDM, ERP, middleware and more
  • Expert at RFP response in the sales cycle
  • Experience in selling into Private Equity
  • Key SF certifications
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Data Architecture and Management Designer, Sharing and Visibility Designer, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer, System Architect, Community Cloud, Platform Developer I
  • Functional understanding of deployment tools such as Gearset or Copado/Clickdeploy
  • Experience with Pardot, Community Cloud, and/or Einstein

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $103,500 - $176,000

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
