The Role
As our Manager of Sales Process & Application, you'll be the architect of our sales success, designing and optimizing processes that drive productivity and performance. You'll ensure our sales team is equipped with the best tools and technologies to streamline workflows and close deals faster. Your impact will be felt across the organization, from boosting revenue to enhancing customer satisfaction.

  • Enhancing the Seller Experience: Actively supporting and simplifying the seller experience, making every interaction more efficient and effective.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure sales processes and applications are aligned with broader business objectives and that data flows seamlessly across systems.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of sales applications and processes, and recommending adjustments based on performance metrics and feedback from sales teams.
  • Technology Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of sales applications, including CRM systems and other sales technologies, to ensure they are optimized for maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Innovative Leadership: Fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement, providing guidance and motivation to team members and ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:
  • Sales Operations or Revenue Operations: 5+ years, with a focus on tools and technology.
  • Optimizing Sales Processes and Managing CRM Systems: 3+ years.
  • Management Experience: 2+ years.
  • Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration: 5+ years.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint).
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales technologies.

Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of data integration and reporting tools.
  • Certifications: CRM Administrator certification (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Project Management certification.
  • Experience: Additional management or leadership experience (2+ years).
