The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations and HubSpot expert to support our Sales and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub, helping to manage, optimize, and expand the platform’s functionality to drive sales efficiency, streamline marketing campaigns, and support overall revenue growth. This role will be responsible for integrating multiple data sources with HubSpot and automating sales processes. This role will involve day-to-day platform management, data integrity maintenance, process automation, and providing technical support for HubSpot users across departments.

Responsibilities: 

  • HubSpot Administration & Optimization
    • Administer the HubSpot platform including user setup, configuration, and permissions management. 
    • Manage and optimize workflows, pipelines, and automations to ensure effective lead nurturing and sales processes. 
    • Oversee data integrity and cleanliness by managing imports, duplicate records, and data audits. 
  • Sales Support
    • Assist Sales teams in managing prospect lists, creating custom reports, and building dashboards for sales performance tracking. 
    • Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other sales tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Monday.com and other data and sales enablement platforms. 
    • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for the Sales team’s use of HubSpot Sales Hub (e.g., email templates, sequences, tasks). 
  • Marketing Support
    • Support the Marketing team in creating and managing product marketing campaigns, email templates, landing pages, and forms in HubSpot. 
    • Collaborate with marketing to manage lead scoring models, segmentation, and audience targeting. 
    • Ensure that campaign performance metrics are captured accurately and shared with the Marketing team. 
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards for sales and marketing performance analytics, including attribution. 
    • Provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. 
    • Manage complex use cases and multiple lines of business and brands. 
  • Training & Support
    • Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for HubSpot users to ensure effective use of the platform. 
    • Stay up to date with HubSpot's new features and provide regular recommendations to optimize the platform's usage. 
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HubSpot-related issues and inquiries from sales and marketing teams.

Required Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years supporting sales and marketing teams while being HubSpot subject matter expert
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, and Marketing Hub. 
  • Experience creating and managing workflows, dashboards, reports, and user permissions. 
  • API experience managing data connectors, custom object creation and implementation, and managing database associations. 
  • Experience with technical sales automation processes, account and permissions management.  
  • Familiarity with sales processes and marketing automation techniques, forecasting via sales pipeline, deal creation and management, and lifecycle stages, including MQL to SAL handoffs. 
  • Excellent data management and reporting skills, including campaign attribution experience. 
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing.  
  • Experience with other CRM or marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Ability to train and coach end-users effectively. 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $110,000 to $145,000.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
