WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our Channel Partner business. You will collaborate with and support the Channel Partner sales team to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness by managing projects, streamlining processes, and creating scalable solutions. This role focuses on supporting both the acquisition of new channel partners and the optimization of existing partnerships, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the tools, resources, and infrastructure they need to succeed.

You’ll be a part of the Sales Operations team working with Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in processes, systems, and materials across all sales channels. Additionally, you’ll share responsibilities for our Salesforce CRM and other sales tools to ensure accurate reporting, effective pipeline management, and streamlined workflows.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Support & Enablement:

Coordinate the development and management of channel partner sales enablement materials, support marketing coordination, and assist with partner training initiatives to ensure the sales team has the resources needed to succeed.

Organize and maintain a library of accurate, up-to-date sales resources, including presentations, pricing guides, and proposal templates.

Process Optimization & Systems Management:

Own and lead initiatives to improve sales processes for the Channel Partner sales team, introducing automation and best practices to enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with other Sales Operations team members to ensure consistent support for both Channel Partner and Direct sales teams.

Share ownership of Salesforce CRM and other sales tools, ensuring accurate data, timely updates, and actionable reporting with an eye on the Channel Partner business.

RFP & Proposal Support:

Support the Channel Partner sales team in responding to RFPs and proposals by ensuring they have the tools, templates, and processes to craft compelling responses.

Collaborate with the RFP team to keep materials reflective of current product functionality and best practices.

Collaboration & Alignment:

Partner with Marketing to align on prospecting campaigns and co-branded initiatives for Channel Partners.

Serve as a liaison between the Channel Partner sales team and other departments, ensuring alignment on priorities and resources.

Data & Reporting:

Ensure accurate and timely channel partner data entry into Salesforce CRM to support pipeline reporting and analysis.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for the Channel Partner sales team.

Special Projects:

Lead cross-functional projects to support Channel Partner growth initiatives, including new partner onboarding and performance optimization programs.

Contribute to the design and execution of the won/loss analysis program to drive continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations or B2B sales support roles, with a focus on optimizing and improving sales processes.

Benefits administration industry experience

Familiarity with supporting long, complex, and strategic sales cycles.

Experience as a user of Salesforce CRM

Skills:

Strong analytical and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Specific benefit offerings vary by position and may be subject to change.

 

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description. 

 

 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $80,000-$105,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.  If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
