業務内容：
- SDRチームの採用・指導・マネジメント・育成
- 新しく入社したメンバーの立ち上げをサポートし、見込顧客の課題やニーズを正確に見極める方法、各見込顧客に対する戦略的なアプローチ、見込顧客の反応を見ながら臨機応変に対応する方法などを指導する
- コーチング、定期的な進捗確認、創造的なインセンティブを通じて、目標達成できるように、チームのモチベーションを高める
- SDRが近いうちに、アカウント・エグゼクティブに成長できるよう学習機会を提供する
- シニア・リーダーシップ・チームのために正確なチームの業績目標管理を行い、正確性を維持する
