業務内容- 営業およびカスタマーサクセスチームと連携し、Datadogが提供する総合的な価値、ビジョン、戦略をお客様にわかりやすく説明する
- 新しいテクノロジーを継続的に学び、競合に関する知識、技術力、専門家としての信頼性を高める
- 幅広い見込み顧客および既存顧客に対し、製品および技術に関するプレゼンテーションを実施する
- プロダクトチームと直接コミュニケーションを取り、お客様からの機能要望について連携する
- お客様による製品の検証、導入およびオンボーディングを支援し、課題や障壁が生じた際の解決をサポートする
- お客様のライフサイクル全体で発生する多様な技術課題に対し、創造的な発想で解決を支援する
- セールスエンジニアまたはソリューションエンジニアとして2年以上の経験があり、あわせてDevOps／SREまたはプラットフォームエンジニアリングに関する経験をお持ちの方
- DevOpsモニタリング、クラウドアーキテクチャ関連ツール、モダンなWeb開発に関する知識および実務経験をお持ちの方
- 日本国内のお客様と直接コミュニケーションを取るため、書面・会話ともにネイティブレベルの日本語能力をお持ちの方
- スピード感のある環境で、規模や複雑さの異なる多数の案件を同時に進めた経験をお持ちの方
- 周囲と連携し、チームで協力して仕事を進めることを楽しめる方
- 技術プレゼンテーションや製品デモを自信を持って実施できる方

Skills Required
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer
- Experience with DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Knowledge and practical experience with DevOps monitoring, cloud architecture tools, and modern web development
- Native-level Japanese proficiency in written and spoken communication
- Experience managing multiple projects of varying scale and complexity in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and colleagues
- Confidence delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Flexible and creative problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a hybrid Tokyo office environment
- Ability to travel up to approximately 25% of working time
