Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and responsive service support.
Coordinate customer meetings, business reviews, and commercial discussions.
Strengthen customer relationships through effective communication and service excellence.
Project Coordination and Operational Alignment
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of project logistics activities.
Support coordination related to specialized cargo movements, multimodal transportation, and shipment planning.
Ensure alignment between customer commitments, operational capabilities, and project timelines.
Monitor project progress and support issue resolution and operational escalation management.
Contribute to process improvements focused on operational efficiency and customer experience.
Market Intelligence and Commercial Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within project logistics and freight forwarding sectors.
Support commercial analysis, business reporting, and pipeline management activities.
Identify opportunities for market expansion, service diversification, and strategic customer engagement.
Assist in maintaining accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and business performance reports.
Provide market insights and operational feedback to support strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, finance, customer service, procurement, and project management teams to support business objectives.
Ensure effective communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline
Postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
4+ years of experience in sales, business development, project logistics, or freight forwarding operations
Proven experience supporting project logistics, specialized cargo, or multimodal transportation activities
Strong understanding of Air & Ocean freight forwarding processes, project cargo operations, and supply chain management
Experience managing customer relationships, commercial proposals, and operational coordination activities
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced operational environments
Strong customer-centric mindset and commercial acumen.
Skills Required
