You will:
  • Work closely with business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda
  • Identify and incubate the best external category partners to drive delivery on strategic projects
  • Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
  • Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that communicates to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

We are seeking an experienced LA Regional Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead our regional data and analytics function. This role is critical in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business performance across the Latin America region. The successful candidate will define strategic direction for reporting, ensure data integration and visualization excellence, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Primary responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the team responsible for delivering critical functional and business unit reporting across the LA region
  • Define and execute the strategic direction for regional reporting initiatives, ensuring alignment with global standards and local business needs
  • Oversee data integration strategies and ensure excellence in data visualization across all reporting platforms
  • Manage data aggregation processes and establish robust data governance practices to maintain data quality and integrity
  • Guide the team in proactively identifying insights and recommendations to optimize planning and operational processes
  • Ensure delivery of self-service reports and dashboards that meet or exceed 75% utilization targets
  • Maintain dashboard uptime and availability above 99% and ensure report accuracy rates exceed 95%
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business insights for senior leadership
  • Support the o9 implementation, adoption, and sustainment initiatives following the LA Planning Center of Excellence restructuring

Required experience:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting
  • 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role with demonstrated team management capabilities
  • Proven expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing
  • Advanced proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or Looker
  • Strong technical background in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data manipulation and analysis
  • Demonstrated experience managing data quality initiatives and establishing data governance frameworks
  • Solid understanding of business processes including supply chain planning, commercial planning, and finance

  • Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced proficiency with data management and visualization tools
