Apollo.io is looking for a driven, customer-obsessed Manager of Product Specialists to lead our onboarding team in Mexico City. This role is critical to ensuring that every new customer achieves value quickly and consistently. You’ll coach a team of Product Specialists who deliver high-impact onboarding sessions, set the tone for our customer relationships, and accelerate adoption of Apollo’s platform.
🛠️ Onboarding Strategy & Program Execution- Own the onboarding experience for new customers—from kickoff to adoption of key workflows within 30 days.
- Monitor onboarding funnel metrics such as CSAT, feature activation, and no-show rate, and drive improvements.
- Build, maintain, and evolve onboarding playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Leverage product usage data and customer feedback to identify friction points and advocate for change.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apollo’s product to ensure the team is aligned on new features and positioning.
- Lead and coach a team of ~10 Product Specialists responsible for onboarding through 1-hour live video calls.
- Set the vision for a world-class onboarding experience, grounded in high standards and customer delight.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, team syncs, and skill-building sessions focused on consultative onboarding, objection handling, and product training.
- Create structured feedback loops and coaching frameworks to improve individual performance and team-wide consistency.
- Manage team schedules, capacity planning, and wave assignments to support high onboarding volume.
- Be a cultural anchor: model ownership, continuous learning, and data-informed decision-making.
- Onboard new hires to get them up to speed on the Apollo.io product
- Report regularly on team performance metrics, onboarding completion rates, and customer health post-onboarding.
- Use tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Notion, and internal dashboards to track impact and operational efficiency.
- Provide feedback to Product to surface trends and insights that shape future feature releases or messaging.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, customer success, or implementation.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of onboarding or customer-facing professionals.
- Strong understanding of SaaS customer journeys, product adoption principles, and customer education.
- Operationally excellent: can build repeatable systems, measure performance, and coach to results.
- Strong communicator in both English and Spanish (C1 English required).
- Comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Notion, Zoom, Gong, HubSpot, or similar.
- Must be based in Mexico City and available to work in-office 5 days a week.
