Position Purpose:
The Manager, Product Marketing is a key member of Orange Apron Media’s Marketing Communications Team and is responsible for translating product strategy into clear, impactful messaging that drives demand and strengthens internal alignment.
Focused on the Orange Apron Media business, this role leads internal communications around product initiatives and collaborates across teams to support product launches, go-to-market strategies, and messaging development. You’ll deliver product one-sheeters, partner with the Learning Operations team to lead internal trainings, and work with the broader OAM Marketing Communications team to execute external webinars and communications.
You’ll serve as a product evangelist, using deep market insights and competitive analysis to inform content that resonates with both associates and buyers. Success in this role requires strong storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and a results-driven mindset grounded in performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- 5% Communication - Develop sustained communications metrics to assess ongoing effectiveness of internal and external communication efforts
- 20% Delivering Results - Develop and deliver a measurable earned media strategy that supports The Home Depot's product innovation objectives and engages The Home Depot's customer base of do-it-yourselfers and professional contractors and drives year-over-year business growth
- 45% Manage & Support Strategies - Planning and execution of internal and external communications; Serve as communications partner to senior leaders and teams within to amplify key initiatives for both internal and external audiences; Specifically, partner with function and project teams to deliver effective communications that support business objectives; Drive consistency of messaging and partner with internal channel owners to find creative ways to connect company strategy and goals to communications
- 30% Message Creation - Create messaging and materials for initiative-based and regular, ongoing communications including key messaging and priorities to be readily understood by associates at various level

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
