Product Manager - Corporate Solutions, South of Asia
Overview
Corporate Solutions is one of the three core verticals within Mastercard's Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF) organization, alongside SME Solutions and Transfer Solutions. Corporate Solutions focuses on expanding commercial payments for large corporates and enterprise customers, scaling carded and non-carded B2B flows, enhancing commercial acceptance, driving embedded payments, and supporting growth across priority verticals.
Role Summary
The Product Manager, Corporate Solutions, is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and commercialization of Mastercard's commercial card and B2B payment solutions for larger corporate clients across India and South Asia. This role focuses on delivering innovative, scalable, and market relevant payment products that address complex corporate payment needs.
This role requires close collaboration with issuing banks, fintech partners, regional and global product teams, and key clients to ensure strong product-market fit and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Development• Define and execute product strategy for Corporate Solutions across India and South Asia, aligned with market, regional and global priorities• Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging trends in B2B payments, including virtual cards, embedded finance, and acceptance solutions • Develop and enhance product propositions, including credit, debit, virtual, and data-enabled solutions tailored to market and client needs• Drive product innovation initiatives, including digital capabilities, platform integrations, and value-added services
Market Execution and Commercialization• Support Sales with go-to-market strategies, including client targeting, pricing frameworks, and value proposition articulation• Enable sales teams with product training, client facing materials, and competitive positioning• Support key client engagements including RFPs, solution design, and executive presentations • Monitor product performance, adoption metrics and revenue growth
Stakeholder Collaboration• Collaborate with regional and global product teams to align on roadmap, capabilities, and platform enhancements• Work closely with sales, account management, marketing, and customer delivery to ensure seamless execution • Be the subjective matter expert for commercial products in client discussions• Build strong internal relationships to navigate a matrixed organization effectively
Program Management and Delivery• Lead end-to-end product initiatives, including business case development, prioritization, and implementation• Coordinate cross-functional teams to delivery product enhancements on time and within scope• Ensure alignment with Mastercard's legal & regulatory, technology, risk & compliance frameworks.
All About You• 8-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in relevant industry verticals such as commercial cards, B2B payments, or transaction banking, in South Asia markets• Strong understanding of corporate payment ecosystems, including card programs, payables/receivables, and working capital solutions • Understanding of account receivables, account payables, expense management systems, reconciliation, ERP systems etc. preferred• Sound technical skills, with the ability to have deep dive discussions on integrations, API's, data and systems architecture to support new product/solution go-to-market and implementation conversations• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies in complex, multi-market environments• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior executives• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment• Ability to operate with independence, manage multiple priorities, and execute at pace• Bachelor's degree required
