The ideal candidate combines product leadership, technical curiosity, customer focus, and strong execution. You should be comfortable working with APIs, complex platforms, agile teams, and emerging technologies such as AI. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be technical enough to engage deeply with Engineering, understand trade-offs, challenge assumptions, and help shape practical solutions.

Partner with Engineering and Architecture to define scalable, maintainable, and technically sound solutions.
Guide backlog creation, refinement, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product decision-making.
Support scrum teams with product expertise, clarification, demos, issue triage, and acceptance of delivered work.
Engage with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders through workshops, roadmap discussions, demos, and product reviews.
Support Sales, Sales Engineering, Delivery, Commercial, and Customer Care teams with product positioning, solutioning, and issue resolution.
Monitor market developments, competitive trends, airline retailing evolution, API platform trends, and emerging technologies.
Promote curiosity, ownership, continuous improvement, and practical use of AI to improve productivity, analysis, communication, and product outcomes.

Strong curiosity and ability to quickly learn unfamiliar domains, systems, workflows, and technology concepts.
Technical aptitude and confidence working with Engineering and Architecture teams. A technical background, API experience, systems integration experience, or software development experience is a strong plus.
Understanding of agile delivery, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product discovery.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and create clarity in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including strong presentation, storytelling, and demo skills.
Practical interest in AI and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, communication, and product outcomes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Aviation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
