As a Regional Premium Audit Manager, you'll guide, and direct the regional Premium Audit team, promoting an environment where direct reports are empowered to consistently exceed performance expectations. You'll apply technical audit expertise to evaluate risks and uphold high professional standards. Collaborating closely with departmental leadership, you'll oversee project implementation, and performance measurement, promoting process improvement through data-driven insights. Additionally, you'll manage personnel, equipment, facilities, and finances within your assigned operations, ensuring alignment with the division's overarching goals. The Premium Audit team plays a major role in these efforts by determining the final premium for our policyholders at the conclusion of each policy term.

Essential Functions:
You will provide advanced technical expertise and support strategic goals of the department, including:
- Collaborating with Underwriting on interpretation and implementation of NCCI basic manual rules and classifications.
- Expertise on premium audit operations and make recommendations of system improvements.
- Conduct complex analyses of regional premium audit operations to identify areas of opportunity.
- Support the establishment and analysis of department performance metrics including quality, timeliness, customer service, and productivity.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in premium auditing and recommends process improvements.
- Support the implementation, and monitoring of process enhancements to attain performance goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent education, training, or experience.
- At least seven years of experience in premium audit
- Knowledge of insurance principles, accepted underwriting practices, and premium audit procedures
- Knowledge of NCCI
Preferred Qualifications:
CPCU or APA Insurance professional designation

Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Base Pay Range: $133,081.10 - $164,394.30 Per YearFlex-Hybrid Work Environment:Texas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
