Job Purpose

The Manager PLM Seating EMEA, oversees the development and on-going management of the seating category at the European level to ensure the successful design, engineering, production, marketing, promotion and selling. The role will require the ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams in remote locations and drive team effort towards identified marketing goals.

A glimpse of your daily mission

  • Builds, develops, and leads the PLM Seating Team EMEA as a high-performance team.

  • Identifies market needs, trends, and competitor activities across key European markets to guide product strategy.

  • Supports and connects teams cross-functionally in EMEA and Asia to ensure successful product development and alignment with other departments.

  • Tracks and analyzes product performance (sales, pricing, profitability, lifecycle) and initiates actions to secure and grow the business.

  • Prepares business cases and defines short- and long-term product strategies and implementation plans in alignment with global stakeholders.

  • Manages product development projects end-to-end, including coordination of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. design, engineering, marketing).

  • Translates market and business requirements into product solutions in collaboration with internal and external design partners.

  • Ensures products meet market needs as well as sustainability, safety, and regional regulatory requirements.

  • Develops and executes go-to-market strategies, including marketing briefs, launch planning, storytelling, and training in collaboration with Marketing Communications.

  • Leads and ensures completion of all key marketing deliverables within the product development and implementation process, coaching involved functions.

  • Aligns projects, strategies, and actions at regional and global level depending on scope.

  • Builds strong market connections and collaborates closely with Sales and Marketing to strengthen market position and ensure structured feedback loops.

Your Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years professional experience with increasing responsibilities.

  • Broad knowledge of marketing, product planning, project management and preferably basic knowledge of finance, engineering and manufacturing processes.

  • Fluency in English is required and additional European languages are considered an asset.
