As an Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for driving the execution of data-driven initiatives that support the bank’s broader AI objectives. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the Analytics team, ensuring that our projects are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet departmental KPIs.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

You will manage and mentor a team of data scientists, analysts, and AI specialists. Your focus will be on fostering a high-performance culture, providing day-to-day guidance, conducting performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for the professional development and upskilling of your team members.

Project & Stakeholder Management

You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data and AI projects, from planning and resource allocation to execution and delivery. Your role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget, while maintaining high standards for technical quality. You will act as the primary bridge between technical delivery and business stakeholders, translating complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations.

Technical Oversight

You will provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance regarding data architecture, machine learning model development, and pipeline optimization. You will ensure that the team adheres to best practices in model governance, data integrity, and scalable technology solutions, ensuring that all output drives tangible business value.

Campaign Analytics & Optimization

You will lead the team’s efforts in campaign analytics, leveraging machine learning to refine marketing strategies. This includes overseeing the development of segmentation models, improving targeting precision, and providing clear reporting on campaign ROI to optimize marketing spend and personalize customer engagement.
