This job identifies issues and recommends best practices to enhance performance marketing efforts. They lead functional projects, analyze data to understand audience behavior, and develop strategies to improve traffic and revenue through digital marketing channels, providing insights based on data analysis.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer-focused, omnichannel campaigns to drive traffic, capture demand, and generate revenue
  • Leverage data and technology to optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals
  • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple sources
  • Track, measure, and report program performance, optimizing for efficiency and scalability
  • Lead A/B testing and iterative optimization of campaigns and marketing programs
  • Optimize team structure and processes to foster a culture of high performance and innovation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Performance Marketing (preferably within B2C, Fintech, or E-commerce sectors). 
  • Based in Berlin, with fluent/native German and professional English communication skills. 
  • Proven track record of executing multi-channel lifecycle programs tied to measurable growth outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, campaign forecasting, and KPI optimization. Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset — eager to test, learn, and iterate quickly. 
  • Passionate user of our product with a keen eye for end-to-end UX; intuitive understanding of how lifecycle communication enhances the overall user journey.
