Job Description

Fabletics is currently looking for a passionate and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth Team, based in Berlin, Germany.

Founded in 2013, Fabletics brings the fashion-house approach into the activewear space. By fusing style-centric design with high-performance technology, we’ve evolved activewear beyond the gym, into every walk of life. Driven by our innovative VIP membership program serving over 2 million loyal members, we deliver premium quality at affordable prices with weekly new collections in sizes XXS-4X for women and XS-4X for men.

How do you fit in?

You will combine commercial judgment, analytical depth, and hands-on execution to help us acquire new customers and VIP members within efficiency targets.

Reporting to the VP Media & Growth of Fabletics Europe, you will work closely with our expert team of channel managers for Paid Social Marketing, SEA, Affiliate, Influencer Marketing, and Partnerships. You will connect their expertise through shared priorities, performance insights, and cross-channel growth initiatives, partnering with channel owners to turn recommendations into action.

Close collaboration with the Media & Growth team at our Fabletics headquarters in Los Angeles is a core part of the role. You will exchange learnings, adapt successful approaches for European markets, and contribute European insights to our global acquisition strategy.

What you will do?

  • Translate European acquisition goals into actionable growth plans with the VP and channel managers. Identify where we can scale customer and VIP member acquisition while protecting efficiency and customer quality.
  • Build budget scenarios, forecasts, and investment recommendations across markets and channels. Work with channel owners to manage pacing and respond quickly to performance shifts.
  • Connect acquisition costs, conversion rates, revenue, and customer lifetime value to explain performance and recommend clear next steps. Deliver concise reporting that helps leadership make investment decisions.
  • Strengthen measurement with analytics partners, combining attribution, incrementality experiments, and marketing mix modeling (MMM) insights to inform spending decisions.
  • Develop practical AI workflows for reporting, anomaly detection, and analysis. Validate outputs and evaluate whether platform automation improves business results.
  • Drive a structured acquisition testing roadmap with channel, Creative, and e-commerce teams. Test offers, messaging, creative, formats, and landing pages, then scale what improves the full customer journey.
  • Turn performance insights into clear creative briefs and feedback. Help teams understand which concepts attract customers who convert and stay, and translate successful ideas across European markets.
  • Partner with analytics and technology teams on reliable campaign measurement, including tagging, conversion APIs, and server-side tracking.
  • Coordinate closely with Los Angeles colleagues on acquisition strategy, creative learnings, and testing priorities. Share European results and adapt global initiatives to local customer behavior.
  • Lead cross-functional growth projects from idea to rollout, support media and technology partner evaluations, and share knowledge that strengthens the team’s execution.

What you bring?

  • At least five years of performance marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce or D2C, with a track record of scaling acquisition and improving efficiency.
  • Strong expertise in at least one core channel, such as paid social or paid search, plus the ability to evaluate performance across the wider marketing mix.
  • Experience managing meaningful media budgets and turning forecasts and performance data into commercial decisions. You can explain the trade-offs between acquisition volume, cost, and longer-term customer value.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and confidence with analytics and visualization tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau. You turn complex data into focused recommendations.
  • Practical use of AI tools in marketing, together with sound judgment about data quality and output accuracy. Familiarity with attribution and incrementality; exposure to MMM is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of acquisition funnels and performance creative, with experience designing tests, interpreting results, and translating learnings into better campaigns.
  • The ability to lead projects and influence experienced specialists through clear priorities, evidence, and collaboration. You take ownership and stay close to execution in a lean, fast-moving team.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and confident presentation skills. You are comfortable collaborating across cultures and time zones; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Curiosity about consumer behavior, fashion, and active lifestyles, with the motivation to keep testing and improving how we grow.

What’s in it for you?
