HR Manager (Fixed-Term Contract - Maternity Cover)
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and international People & Capability team on a fixed-term basis, providing maternity cover. You'll work closely with senior business leaders, helping to shape and execute people strategies that enable business growth, strengthen organisational effectiveness, and enhance the employee experience.
As a trusted advisor, you will partner with leaders across the organisation, balancing strategic people initiatives with hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, People Business Partner, you will:• Partner with leaders and managers to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives and organisational priorities.• Act as a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic guidance on talent, performance, organisational design, employee relations, engagement, and workforce planning.• Support key annual people processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation cycles.• Collaborate with regional and global People & Capability partners to develop effective solutions to complex people challenges.• Drive and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and positive employee outcomes.• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and onboard diverse, high-performing talent.• Coach managers on employee development, career growth, performance management, and leadership effectiveness.• Ensure employee relations matters are handled consistently, fairly, and in compliance with local legislation and company policies.• Build strong relationships across the broader People & Capability community to share best practices and deliver a seamless employee experience.• Contribute to local and regional projects that support organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, wellbeing, learning, and culture initiatives.
What You'll Bring
Experience• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within a complex, fast-paced environment.• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.• Strong understanding of local employment legislation and HR best practices.• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Skills Required
- Solid experience in an HR Business Partner role within fast-paced, complex, and evolving environments.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Additional local language(s) (depends on scope).
- Strong knowledge of local labour law and HR practices.
- Broad expertise across HR disciplines, particularly change management, employee engagement, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to coach and guide managers on development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data privacy and integrity.
