Crew2's Operations Manager is responsible for training, onboarding, learning connect course designs, process optimization, and software deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process automation and technology
    • Identifies process improvement opportunities, across the company, recommends cost-effective scalable solutions
    • Assist in the planning, design, development, and implementation of improvement projects
    • Ensures that project management and process documentation exists, is current and available
    • Serves as a resource for solving process issues and championing effective solutions
  • Operational training and special Operations projects
    • Aligns Crew2 systems with Home Depot technology pilots and initiatives
    • Provides support for system changes and enhancements, including communications and related training and education
    • Manage adoption of learning available through Learning Connect and review and implementation of learning management system enhancements and operations training
    • Offers regional support as needed for critical business needs
    • Supports marketing and media campaigns
  • Reporting
    • Learning Connect adoption and operational utilization

Qualifications:

  • Collaborative and able to influence outcomes while acting as a valued business partner
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills; ability to function autonomously while seeking assistance when needed
  • Knowledge of Crew2’s programs and services preferred
  • Construction management and building trades experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving experience and skill preferred
  • Well organized; experience managing and optimizing a sales pipeline preferred
  • Creative and resourceful
  • Able to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting demands
  • Flexibility
  • Initiative and ability to learn quickly
  • Willing and able to travel at least 25% of the time

Pay:
$55K plus bonus
