With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Key responsibilities:

  • Value Creation & Performance Impact – Identify, challenge, and prioritize value creation and performance improvement opportunities through rigorous data analysis and close collaboration with global stakeholders, ensuring transparency via structured reporting and progress monitoring
  • End-to-End Initiative Ownership – Lead high-impact, cross-functional performance improvement initiatives from opportunity sizing and business case validation through execution and sustainable implementation
  • Transformation & Change Leadership – Drive complex transformation initiatives end-to-end, including scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, and effective change management across functions and regions
  • Analytical Excellence – Conduct deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses to challenge existing performance, generate actionable insights, and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Business Case Development – Develop and validate robust business cases aligned with strategic priorities, ensuring clear value logic and measurable business impact
  • Governance, Tracking & Value Realization – Establish rigorous tracking of initiatives, including KPIs, milestones, and value realization, ensuring accountability and sustainable outcomes
  • Global Performance Reporting – Prepare regular global operational performance reporting and derive clear, actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement

We expect:

  • Educational Background – Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a comparable field
  • Relevant Professional Experience – Solid experience in project management, program or performance management, operational planning, consulting, or similar environments
  • Operational Performance Impact – Proven track record of driving operational performance improvements and successfully implementing process optimization initiatives
  • Global & HQ Exposure – Experience working in a global headquarter environment, effectively steering, challenging, and collaborating with local and regional teams
  • Structured & Analytical Mindset – Highly structured approach with strong business acumen, analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to derive insights and actions from KPIs while understanding cross-functional interdependencies
  • Drive & Can‑Do Attitude – Highly dynamic, motivated personality with a strong desire to make an impact in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Communication & Storytelling – Very strong verbal communication skills to challenge and motivate regional teams, paired with excellent written communication and storytelling for senior management audiences
  • Language Skills Fluent in English, with German as a strong plus
