Process invoices, credit and debit notes, expense claims, payment runs, and period-end Accounts Payable activities. Assign accounts, cost centers, and approval workflows for non-PO invoices; analyze variances; support VAT compliance, process automation, harmonization, and documentation. Requires accounting knowledge, SAP FI and Excel skills, international collaboration experience, and fluency in English and Croatian. German is advantageous.

Manage and expand existing customer accounts for reusable packaging containers across the Kanto region. Responsibilities include increasing rental volumes, expanding product adoption, coordinating new accounts, managing customer relationships, supporting container distribution through produce markets and intermediaries, improving retailer penetration and container recovery rates, and conducting rental price revisions. The role may develop into a regional sales management position.

Manage global sourcing strategies and supplier lifecycle, ensuring performance and capacity while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Improve and standardize manufacturing processes, set work standards, perform cost and layout analyses, optimize resources, lead projects and implement new equipment and processes to increase efficiency in automated production.

Manage full Accounts Payable cycle: process invoices and credit/debit notes, execute payment runs, handle travel/expense claims, perform GR/IR and period-end AP closing, analyze variances, support process harmonization and documentation.

Lead global automation strategy, design scalable engineering solutions, and manage full lifecycle international automation projects. Establish engineering governance, control CAPEX and supplier relationships, develop a global automation team, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational, sustainable, and cost-effective automation across service centres.
