This position is office-based in one of the following countries: Germany (preferred), Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands, or the UK.
Bring your knowledge. Be a partner. Join our Finance, Strategy, & Legal team and use your subject-matter expertise to investigate problems, define solutions, and guide decisions as Personio's co-pilots.
We are looking for a highly motivated Manager Non-Financial Reporting (CSRD). You will be playing an important role in our Group Accounting and Reporting team, supporting the implementation of CSRD, solving complex accounting issues and helping with the development of efficient and scalable processes and systems that enable our continued growth path.
"What You'll Do"
- Support our first CSRD reporting for fiscal year 2025 and beyond.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze financial and non-financial data.
- Support the team on IFRS accounting topics and help to ensure that Personio continues to compile high quality IFRS consolidated financial statements.
- Further develop and optimize accounting and reporting systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with evolving reporting standards.
- Work on cross-departmental projects while balancing the "bigger picture" with the right level of detail.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders such as tax consultants and auditors.
"What You Need to Succeed"
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in reporting and/or auditing.
- Strong technical foundation in non-financial reporting (CSRD) and financial accounting and reporting (IFRS)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Skill in prioritizing tasks effectively and maintaining a clear focus.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for building and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Workday Financials is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in external reporting, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Fluent in English - any other language is a plus.
