Performs and reviews routine centralized reserve calculations within the Crowe RCA tool, prepares calculations for manual adjustments, and maintains documentation of the process. Utilizes Excel for analyzing Crowe RCA reporting and develops templates to streamline routine processes. Generates and maintains reports from the Crowe RCA tool for month-end close, internal audits, and external audits. Assists facilities in analyzing net revenue results from the Crowe RCA tool. Prepares monthly reconciliations of applicable balance sheet accounts. Identifies and resolves net revenue discrepancies using discretion, independent thinking, and judgment. Mentors Net Revenue Analysts in understanding the Crowe RCA tool and net revenue process through supervision and feedback. Organizes workflow and oversees Net Revenue Analysts’ duties or delegated tasks. Maintains the standard non-hospital Excel template for physicians, joint ventures, and home health service lines, and communicates changes to facility leadership. Develops relationships with corporate service departments to ensure integrity of net revenue data and related statistics. Works with facility finance and accounting teams to transition legacy system accounts receivable to the standard net revenue template and implement the Crowe RCA tool for hospital acquisitions. Assists with preparation of documents and review of requests from external audit. Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Pay Range:
