Explore the possibilities across our global house of brands.

Defined by inclusivity rather than exclusivity, Tapestry embraces the exploration of individuality and invests in helping you grow personally and professionally. Every individual in our global house has the opportunity to make an impact, learn and be part of our growing and unique story.

At Tapestry, we have the freedom to express ourselves and run with our best ideas across Coach and Kate Spade New York. We share a profound belief in both our individual and collective potential, and know that with hard work and dedication, anything is possible.

The Manager, Marketing Technology APAC serves as the regional leader and trusted strategic partner for marketing technology across Tapestry’s APAC markets. Based in Singapore, this role will initially support Japan and Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) while helping scale marketing technology capabilities across additional APAC markets as the business continues to grow.

This role is responsible for driving the adoption, optimization, and long-term success of Tapestry’s marketing technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Cordial, our customer engagement platform. Acting as the key bridge between regional business teams and global Martech functions, the Manager proactively identifies opportunities to leverage global best practices, introduces new platform capabilities, and enables local teams to deliver increasingly sophisticated customer marketing programs.

Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on platform expertise. The ideal candidate will be both a consultant and practitioner—translating business needs into scalable Martech solutions while providing practical guidance and support to regional teams.

A critical objective of this position is to build sustainable in-market capability and self-sufficiency, empowering APAC teams to operate and innovate independently while remaining aligned with global standards and strategies.

With Cordial already deployed across Japan, ANZ, and other APAC markets, demand for regional Martech leadership continues to grow. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to shape the future of customer engagement across one of Tapestry’s most dynamic regions, while serving as the regional center of excellence for marketing technology from our APAC hub in Singapore.

THE SUCCESSFUL INDIVIDUAL WILL LEVERAGE THEIR PROFICIENCY TO…

  • Serve as the strategic Marketing Technology partner for Tapestry’s Japan and ANZ business teams, collaborating closely with regional stakeholders to align Martech capabilities with business objectives, customer engagement strategies, and growth priorities.

  • Lead and support the continued expansion of Cordial across APAC, including ownership of the ANZ market onboarding from July 2026. Working alongside global and regional partners, you will help establish scalable operating models and in-market expertise that drive long-term self-sufficiency.

  • Drive adoption, utilization, and business value realization across the APAC Martech ecosystem by proactively identifying opportunities to expand platform usage, unlock new capabilities, and improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Champion the sharing of best practices, innovations, and success stories across brands, markets, and regions, ensuring APAC teams benefit from global learnings while contributing their own insights back to the broader organization.

  • Develop and deliver high-impact enablement programs, including training, documentation, and playbooks tailored to the unique needs, maturity levels, and operating environments of APAC markets.

  • Build deep expertise across Tapestry’s owned-channel marketing technology stack, including email and SMS platforms, serving as a trusted advisor to regional teams and providing hands-on guidance, troubleshooting, and consultation.

  • Operate as the in-region Martech leader for APAC, independently managing priorities, driving outcomes, and making informed decisions while partnering with global leadership on strategic initiatives and roadmap planning.

  • Represent APAC within global Marketing Technology forums and governance processes, ensuring regional business needs are reflected in platform strategy while bringing emerging capabilities and best practices back to local teams.

  • Empower regional marketing teams to develop sustainable platform expertise and operational independence, creating a scalable model that enables markets to execute with confidence while remaining aligned to global standards and governance.

THE ACCOMPLISHED INDIVIDUAL WILL POSSESS…

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Customer Engagement, with hands-on experience supporting email and SMS marketing ecosystems.

  • Strong working knowledge of Cordial or comparable enterprise customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar. You are comfortable advising users, troubleshooting issues, and translating business requirements into platform solutions.

  • A proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, taking ownership of priorities, driving initiatives forward, and delivering results with minimal oversight.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence, educate, and challenge constructively. You bring informed recommendations and strategic perspectives to conversations, building credibility as a trusted advisor to business partners.

  • Experience enabling business users through training, change management, platform adoption, or capability-building initiatives, ideally within a regional or multi-market organization.

  • Demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional teams across marketing, CRM, digital, analytics, and technology functions to deliver business outcomes and enhance customer experiences.

  • A collaborative, consultative approach combined with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping teams maximize the value of marketing technology investments.

  • Experience working across diverse markets, cultures, and organizational environments, with the adaptability to support teams at varying levels of digital and marketing maturity.

  • A growth mindset and curiosity for emerging marketing technologies, customer engagement trends, and best practices, with a desire to continuously improve processes, capabilities, and business performance.

AN OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL WILL HAVE…

  • Experience supporting APAC markets such as Japan, Australia/New Zealand, Singapore, or Southeast Asia in a Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Marketing Technology, or Marketing Operations capacity.

  • Prior involvement in a Cordial migration, implementation, or optimization initiative, or comparable experience with an enterprise ESP or customer engagement platform rollout.

  • Familiarity with enterprise Martech governance, data architecture standards, customer data platforms (CDPs), and scalable operating models that support multi-market marketing execution.

  • Experience within fashion, retail, luxury, or consumer brand environments, with an understanding of how premium customer experiences are delivered across digital channels.

  • The ability to contribute to global playbooks, best-practice frameworks, and enablement materials, while translating centralized guidance into practical, regionally relevant solutions for local teams.

  • Working knowledge of email and SMS compliance requirements across APAC markets, including regulations such as Australia’s Spam Act 2003, New Zealand’s Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, Singapore’s Spam Control Act and Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and Japan’s Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail.

  • A strong appreciation for regional market nuances, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to balance global consistency, governance, and local market needs.

  • Experience navigating cross-cultural business environments and partnering with stakeholders across markets with varying levels of digital, CRM, and marketing technology maturity.
