- Validate headcount, attendance, overtime, allowances, and other billable to support accurate client billing and account profitability.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives while identifying and addressing key causes of workforce attrition.
- Monitor manpower metrics including headcount, deployment, recruitment fulfillment, attrition, absenteeism, attendance, productivity, payroll exceptions, complaints, and replacement turnaround time.
- Identify workforce risks and implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity during staffing shortages, high attrition, or increased client demand.
- Prepare accurate management and client reports, provide workforce insights and forecasts, and recommend actions to improve service delivery and account performance.
- Support contract renewals, rate reviews, account expansion, and new manpower outsourcing opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years’ relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in manpower outsourcing, BPO, recruitment outsourcing, workforce management, facilities management, or high-volume people operations.
- Experience managing large workforces across multiple client locations is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, labor practices, payroll coordination, workforce reporting, and SLA management
- Strong client relationships, workforce planning, people management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR, payroll, workforce management, and reporting systems CIPM or other relevant professional certification is an advantage.
Skills Required
