The Manager, Investor Relations will report to the Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and serve as a key operational leader on StandardAero’s Investor Relations team. This role will be responsible for driving day-to-day execution of core IR activities, managing critical processes, and ensuring the IR function operates with discipline, consistency, and high-quality execution.
You will play a central role in earnings preparation, investor communications, market intelligence, IR infrastructure, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Legal, Communications, and business leadership. This position requires a seasoned IR functional expert with strong public company experience who can translate complex financial and operational information into clear investor messaging, support senior executive engagement with the investment community, lean forward on new technology, and help advance the company’s IR strategy under the leadership of the Sr. VP, Investor Relations.

What you'll do:
Investor Relations Strategy & Execution
- Support the Sr. VP, Investor Relations in executing StandardAero’s IR strategy and positioning with current and prospective investors and analysts.
- Serve as a key operational leader for the IR function, helping manage priorities, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
- Contribute to the development of investor messaging that clearly communicates company performance, value creation, and long-term growth narrative.
- Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Communications, and business leaders to ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling investor communications.
- Support engagement planning for investors, analysts, conferences, investor meetings, non-deal roadshows and capital market events.
Earnings & Disclosure Management
- Support and lead portions of the quarterly earnings process, including development of earnings releases, scripts, presentations, Q&A preparation, timelines, and cross-functional inputs.
- Coordinate closely with Legal, Finance, Communications, and the Sr. VP, Investor Relations to support accurate, timely, and compliant external disclosures.
- Assist in the preparation of executive leadership, including the CEO and CFO, for earnings calls, investor meetings, conferences, and other external engagements.
- Help ensure investor-facing materials are aligned with company messaging, financial results, disclosure standards, and leadership priorities.
Executive & Board Support
- Assist in developing clear, concise responses to investor and analyst questions directed to the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership.
- Provide investor feedback, market insights, ownership trends, peer benchmarking, and analyst sentiment to support executive and Board-level discussions.
- Prepare briefing materials, talking points, investor profiles, and market intelligence for senior leadership engagements.
- Support the Sr. VP, Investor Relations in developing materials for Board updates and other senior-level communications.
Investment Community Engagement
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with buy-side and sell-side analysts, institutional investors, and investment firms.
- Support ongoing investor targeting, outreach, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities.
- Track ownership trends, peer performance, analyst research, market dynamics, and investor sentiment.
- Deliver actionable intelligence to the Sr. VP, Investor Relations and senior leadership to help inform messaging and engagement priorities.
IR Technology, Digital & AI Enablement
- Own day-to-day maintenance of the Investor Relations website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and a best-in-class investor experience.
- Evaluate and implement digital and AI-enabled tools to improve investor targeting, sentiment analysis, Q&A preparation, workflow efficiency, CRM and content development.
- Leverage data analytics to enhance the effectiveness of IR communications and investor engagement.
- Maintain IR infrastructure, processes, calendars, databases, and reporting tools to support a high-performing IR function.
- Act as the Chief Technology Officer for the IR team
Strategic Insight & Business Acumen
- Develop a strong understanding of StandardAero’s operations, end markets, financial model, and aerospace ecosystem.
- Translate complex operational and financial information into clear, credible, and compelling investor messaging.
- Contribute strategic insight to IR planning, investor communications, capital markets discussions, and long-term business narrative development.
- Stay current on market trends, peer company activity, investor expectations, and broader capital markets developments
- Build internal relationships with Divisional and Site leaders to enhance the IR team’s intelligence gathering on the business
Position Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in Investor Relations, IR analyst, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related public-company role.
- Public company experience required
- Strong Excel, FactSet, and PowerPoint skills
- Highly proactive and accountable, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage complex deliverables, and drive high-quality execution across stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or managing earnings releases, investor communications, disclosure processes, and executive-level messaging.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and investment firm dynamics.
- Experience maintaining an IR website and leveraging digital tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial and operational information clearly and accurately.
- Highly organized and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- Strategic, proactive, and highly collaborative, with the confidence and professionalism to interact regularly with the CEO, CFO, Board-level stakeholders, and external investors.
- Ability to travel 10-20%
Preferred Characteristics:
- Aerospace experience not required; curiosity and the ability to rapidly learn a complex industrial business are essential.
- Hands-on exposure to AI or advanced analytics in IR strongly preferred.
