Job Description Summary

This is a client facing, a revenue generating role involving commercial real estate investment with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with Private Investors including but not limited to HNIs, Ultra HNIs, Family Offices, Small-Medium-Large Corporate Houses, Syndicates etc., across the city of Hyderabad and Telangana region, and beyond in certain cases.

About The Role:

  • Prospecting: Be constantly on the lookout to build new investor relationships in the market. Be comfortable to expand client outreach using cold calls (60+ calls per day), along with outbound meetings
  • Build a robust network of investors by socializing with them on a regular basis and holding impactful conversations that convert into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain close relationship with industry participants like Banks, NBFCs, Wealth Firms, etc. Actively seek to get client referrals.
  • Researching the local market and staying up to date on commercial real estate supply and demand trends
  • Advising clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies
  • Documentation Support: Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for investors to pitch potential opportunities for commercial real estate investments
  • Organize and participate in site visits with potential clients
  • Learning and Development: Actively seek opportunities to learn from senior team members about the market in general, real estate principles, and best practices. Be open to getting into training modules as recommended by mentors or the senior leadership
  • Actively maintain client and business development related information in the database system

About You:

  • MBA (General/Finance) or Master’s in a relevant field (business or development sector).
  • 3-5 years in consulting, preferably with IPCs, NBFCs, RE developers, wealth advisory, or investment banking.
  • Strong client engagement and communication (English & Telugu; Hindi is a plus)
  • Real estate financial modeling knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Drafting contracts and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, competitive, visionary thinker
  • Fast learner, problem solver, and self-driven
  • Coachable, committed, and resilient
  • Forward-thinking with a strong sense of urgency
