About Intelligent Automation Team
The Automation Manager will be an essential member of the Intelligent Automation (IA) team, responsible for designing and implementing automated processes within the Citco Group. The Manager will collaborate with process owners and business unit representatives to optimize and digitize operational processes, thereby enhancing efficiency and achieving tangible results for Citco.
Intelligent Automation (IA) is a multidisciplinary team responsible for identifying, developing, and deploying operational solutions utilizing a range of emerging technologies. These technologies include Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Test Automation, Business Process Management, APIs, and Cloud Services.
Your role:
Own execution of multiple concurrent projects end to end
Maintain project reporting and project plans used for senior management reporting
Manage Working Group meetings for all assigned projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new initiatives and refine existing processes that drive efficiencies
Create or review business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation
Assess business processes for transformation and/or automation
Lead discussions with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions and assess feasibility
Own and review solution design documents clearly articulating as-is and to-be states
Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions
Perform or review all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping, analyzing, developing solutions, reviewing deliverables, from executing to implementing change
Ensure automation testing standards are implemented and adhered to
Work with stakeholders to rollout solutions to target teams/offices
Lead Scrum stand-ups, backlog grooming sessions, review and retrospective meetings
Ensure takeaways from retrospectives are implemented
Ensure best practice/Industry standards (set by Citco) are being followed while designing solutions
Perform detailed risk analysis, reporting, and escalate in a timely manner to senior management
Coach and develop staff to perform successfully in their current roles and develop them into management positions
About You:
Over 5 years of experience in agile project management, delivering projects on time and within scope in a fast-paced environment
3-5 years of managing a team of developers, BAs, test engineers and project managers
Possess strategic mindset and find motivation in creatively solving problems
Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities
Undergrad degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields
Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral, and the ability to capture a diverse audience
Confident leading code reviews, design sessions and reviewing technical documentation
Practical application of driving efficiencies through task automation
Assets:
- Expertise in UiPath and other automations tools such as Blueprism/Automation Anywhere
- Experience working with cloud services like AWS/Azure/Google Cloud
- Certification in Project Management
Experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage projects
Salary Ranges
4000 – 5000 EUR GROSS
