What you’ll own
- Manage Penetration testing team
- Provide technical guidance to team members in terms of pen test tooling and be accountable for report delivery
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project priorities and deliver them as per the agreed timelines.
- problem resolution and management, application maintenance, project requests and system enhancements
- Own the India Penetration testing team metrics and quality

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Experience or Degree in: Business or IT related field and/or the equivalent of training and experience
- Must have the ability to pass and maintain a government level security clearance.
- Relevant experience with Kali Linux, Nmap, Nessus and other penetration testing tools
- Should have hands-on experience in penetration testing
- Experience with any scripting languages like shell scripting, Powershell , python is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information security, or information systems 10-11 years of experience in Penetration Testing
- Experience in managing or leading a Pen Test team or a similar role within the Information Security work environment is desired
