TransUnion is looking for a IAM Operations Manager to join its Global Identity and Access Management team. Along with people management, the role will provide technical expertise and thought leadership across the IAM Ops team.
The ideal candidate would be driven to continually learn while leading a team of professionals and bringing extensive experience in IAM Operation processes, handling audit responses, working with stakeholder and managing IAM process tickets. The candidate will collaboratively execute on core services that are essential to securing Transunion’s business. Along with technical knowledge, attention to detail, team spirit and coordination are essential to succeeding in this role.
We are a geographically diverse team, with offices and personnel around the globe. To support these requirements in addition to the technical skills listed below ideal candidates will also have prior remote work experience and possess necessary soft skills to support their success.

Impact You'll Make:
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in Information Security or related field with at least 4 years in a team lead or people management capacity
- Prior success managing/ leading security professionals and ability to operate with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, proactive problem-solving skills, accountability, and a passion about the teams’ work
- Experience in vulnerability management and security testing lifecycles, processes and procedures including deploying and integrating security technologies
- Experience efficiently delivering large scale programs and projects
- Working knowledge of best security practices, attack surface management concepts, application security, enterprise vulnerability management platforms, security technologies, known attack vectors and vulnerability assessment methodologies
- Experience with one or more programming/scripting languages targeted towards the ability to automate repeatable tasks
- Ability to identify, propose and drive resolutions for systemic security issues based on the analysis of vulnerability and configuration data
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with executive level audience using excellent verbal and written communication skills
We’d Love to See:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security or equivalent experience
- Willingness to work with multi-faceted, diverse teams and an empathetic team leader who can think, plan and deliver out of the box projects
- Generate valuable metrics and hence follow a data driven approach to security
- Drive Automation where required.
