What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the operational right hand to the CMO, driving strategic alignment, operational rigor, and execution velocity across the global ~100-person Marketing and Sales Development organization.
- Own and orchestrate the planning process - quarterly tactical, OKR documentation and tracking, and bi-annual strategic planning
- Oversee our budget along with the vendor procurement management
- Oversee the team project management platform (JIRA) and intake of external and internal request program
- Develop and maintain project and program management best practices
- Drive operational excellence and and process standardization
- Serve as the strategic liaison - ensuring GTM alignment - between Marketing and other parts of the organization - specifically Sales and Finance
You'll lead critical cross-functional programs focusing on maximizing impact and ROI, where you'll:
- Define strategy and maintain program governance
- Mitigate risk
- Manage stakeholders and approval cycles
- Drive organizational change, track program ROI, and report out on business impact
- Manage timelines and program interdependencies
- Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources
We’re looking for:
- Experience working at a fast paced SaaS scale up organization
- World Class Strategic B2B SaaS Program Management skills with a focus on GTM operations
- Marketing & Sales Development operations expertise
- Proven cross-functional leadership & influence within a multi-layered, global GTM environment (100+ people)
- Data-driven execution & spectacular communication skills
- Executive partnership & strategic thinking as demonstrated by experience supporting VP/C level executives
- Experience managing complex operational cadences (planning, budget, reporting) for a large, multi-faceted marketing organization.
