Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs to acquire new business across a wide variety of channels online and offline.
- Partner with our sales development (SDR) team to ensure lead volume and quality
- Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes in conjunction with your Marketing Operations and Sales Development partners
- Manage demand generation campaigns for evergreen, always-on programs
- Support events and virtual events execution to drive sales pipeline
- Partner with Field Marketing on post-event strategy to drive sales pipeline
- Partner internally with marketing to ensure we have the right quarterly campaign plans in place in order to hit our pipeline targets
- Closely monitor conversion rates and optimize campaigns at each stage of the funnel
- Execute A/B tests, collect and analyze data, and continuously improve campaign performance
- Regularly report out on the performance of our customer acquisition efforts
- Own regional email marketing strategy and execution
You have:
- 3-5 years of demand generation experience
- Experience implementing a range of demand generation programs, from self-service to enterprise sales
- Experience partnering with BDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer’s journey
- Hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
- A high degree of self-awareness with highly developed emotional intelligence
- Passion for trying new things and a strong drive towards solution-oriented problem solving
- Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing third-party vendors including agencies and contractors
- Demonstrated practical experience with, and a keen interest in, AI applications and tools
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools like Marketo, Pardot or Hubspot
- Bonus: Experience marketing to an IT audience
