- Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required
- 5 years' experience working with Title IV programs
- Must be able to travel 15% of time (Travel to Financial Aid Conferences and/or trainings may be required)
- Extensive knowledge in all areas of Title IV programs
- Proficient in packaging all types of finance offerings to Lincoln students
- Extensive knowledge of packaging requirements for subsequent academic years, crossovers, transfer students, re-entries, overlapping academic year (OAY)
- Experience with advanced financial aid concepts (re-entries and transfers)
- Must be eligible to obtain and retain Federal Student Aid access, specifically to Common Origination and Disbursement and NSLDS
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, TEAMS, Excel and Outlook, Campus Nexus and Campus Ivy software
- Manage the financial aid appointment process for Advanced Packaging (AP) FA Advisors
- Ensure assigned re-entry and program change students are allocated to AP Advisors as necessary
- Communicate with Campus Presidents, Business Office Directors, and Education Directors regarding re-entry student progress through the FA process and identify potential students facing challenges to re-entry with regards to FA eligibility
- Run required reports and evaluate student progression through the re-entry and program transfer processes
- Ability to create financial aid award packages for all schools withing the region
- Extensive knowledge of packaging requirements for subsequent academic years, crossovers, transfer students, re-entries, overlapping academic year (OAY), and failed courses
- Manage the resolution of balances, ensuring PLUS, cash, and Linc Credit have been finalized
