About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
We are looking for a Manager, Finance Transformation to join our Business Process & Enterprise Systems Transformation team. In this role, you will diagnose operational root causes and optimize accounting connections between Finance platforms, boundary systems, and Workday Cloud ERP. With Agentforce woven into every layer of our platform, our team builds intelligent systems that automate repetitive subledger flows, elevate strategic accounting tasks, and power better financial decision-making at scale.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Lead end-to-end process improvement and agentic transformation across core finance operations, diagnosing systemic friction to deploy autonomous workflows that scale with the enterprise.
Serve as a key liaison between Finance and Digital Enterprise Transformation, coordinating the feature backlog, twice-annual Workday releases, and strategic project delivery.
Investigate cross-platform transactional breakdowns across Finance lifecycles, applying structured consulting frameworks to execute root-cause fixes that prevent future failures.
Drive holistic stakeholder engagement across Finance to ensure initiatives consider the full financial picture and regulatory landscape.
Partner directly with business leads to translate complex finance requirements into clear technical specifications for IT execution.
You’re Our Person If…
You have 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance technology consulting or enterprise financial systems management.
You have hands-on experience driving business process optimization within enterprise finance systems.
You are comfortable driving finance technology initiatives as a functional project lead, managing delivery timelines, risk mitigation, and cross-team dependencies.
You have experience leveraging enterprise Agentic AI tools to automate workflow decisions or streamline accounting operational processes.
You have a proven track record of independently identifying system or workflow inefficiencies and implementing scalable process improvements to prevent future issues.
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Core Competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Even Better If…
You have a combination of prior experience in management or technology consulting focused on transformation and have hands on Finance Operations experience.
You have first-hand experience driving AI transformation initiatives, specifically implementing agentic automation and intelligent workflows within Finance.
You bring exceptional problem-solving skills using structured frameworks to dissect complex operational failures and present technical roadmaps to finance leadership.
You hold an active CPA.
This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.
Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
