Spreetail is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Finance to act as a hands-on finance leader embedded within Fulfillment Center operations. This role partners directly with supply chain leaders to own forecasting, labor planning, and cost optimization across a complex, fast-growing network. You’ll build driver-based models, develop real-time KPIs, and translate operational activity into clear financial insights that drive accountability and EBITDA performance. Ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact, highly visible role, this position sits at the intersection of finance and operations—shaping decisions, not just reporting on them.
How you will achieve success:
• Own AOP and reforecasting for supply chain cost centers, building bottoms-up, driver-based models tied to operational performance
• Partner cross-functionally with enterprise FP&A and Supply Chain leadership to align forecasts and drive EBITDA improvement across sites
• Lead weekly labor planning, holding Fulfillment Centers accountable to targets and performance outcomes
• Develop scenario, sensitivity, and KPI frameworks that provide real-time visibility into cost drivers and operational trends
• Deliver executive-ready reporting for WBR/MBR cycles while proactively identifying risks and opportunities before they impact results
What experiences will help you in this role:
• 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience with direct exposure to supply chain, operations, or logistics environments
• Proven ability to build and own complex, driver-based financial models that inform business decisions
• Experience leading budgeting and forecasting for large, multi-line cost centers in a dynamic setting
• Strong partnership mindset with a track record of influencing and building trust with operational leaders
• Advanced technical skills in SQL/Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
In an effort to Make Spreetail Better, we hire people that are aligned with our values and are passionate about pursuing ecommerce excellence. We believe the right person can learn what is needed to succeed in their role, so we encourage job applicants to apply even if you don't meet all the qualifications listed. We are looking for diverse backgrounds and perspectives, so we don’t require college degrees and welcome non-linear career paths. If this role highlights your experience and gets you excited – please apply!
