The Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Manager – Finance/Accounting to oversee financial
operations, statutory compliance, reporting, and month-end closures. This role requires strong technical
accounting expertise along with leadership capabilities to manage and guide a team effectively. The ideal
candidate will have a strong corporate background and hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Month-End GL Close Process & PR/PO Review Process
- Preparation of intercompany reconciliations and monthly settlement of accounts
- Prepare/review prepayments and monthly amortization schedules
- Prepare/review month-end accrual journals
- Monitor account reconciliations including debtors, creditors, and TDS reconciliations
- Reviewing Invoices with contracts/agreements and approving Purchase Requisitions & creating Purchase Orders.
- Implement and maintain internal controls over financial reporting
- Conduct month-on-month variance analysis of P&L line items
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
- Manage fixed assets accounting and related processes
- Oversee monthly General Ledger (GL) close process
Financial Statements & Year-End Audit
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IGAAP and US GAAP
- Manage and coordinate statutory and tax audits to ensure timely completion
- Liaise with auditors and ensure audit readiness
Regulatory & Tax Compliances
- Compute monthly/quarterly tax provisions
- Compute and ensure timely payment of advance tax
- Timely filing of direct and indirect tax returns
- Submission of GST refund applications within prescribed timelines
- Timely settlement of foreign remittances with Export Invoices and FIRCs/BRCs
- Manage annual compliances related to RBI and ROC/MCA
- Hands-on experience in Direct & Indirect Tax assessments, including Transfer Pricing assessments

Job Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- CA qualified candidates preferred with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Currently positioned as Team Leader or above in present/previous role
- Strong corporate background is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial compliance
- Passionate about technology and possess a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring and applying AI
