As a Manager, Downstream Marketing, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the brand strategy for specific products, product lines, lines of business, or on a company-wide campaign basis for our Surgical Technologies business unit.
What you will do:
- Lead development and execution of marketing strategy, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement.
- Define category strategy, challenge assumptions, and guide key investment trade-offs.
- Apply strong financial acumen (P&L, budgeting) to connect strategy to business outcomes.
- Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable strategy.
- Ensure clear articulation of value propositions and key purchase drivers.
- Ensure value propositions are supported by clinical, economic, and market evidence.
- Anticipate market dynamics and evolving competitive landscape.
- Guide multi-channel commercial strategy and ensure alignment across collaborative partners
- Provide clear, prioritized direction to field teams; support training and communication.
- Advise on forecasting, pricing strategy, and lifecycle (PLCM) considerations.
- Establish KPIs and leverage data to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.

- 8+ years of work experience required

- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
