About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson as a Manager of Distribution, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our supply strategy, ensuring customer value and satisfaction through an efficient supply chain. You will collaborate closely with diverse internal teams to fulfill customer orders and deliver finest products in a cost-efficient manner. While focusing on optimizing end-to-end processes, you'll work to understand customer needs and bring to life our order-to-cash service. What you will do:
- Manage the department in an effective and efficient manner.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain distribution services and import/export compliance.
- Develop professional capabilities and competence within the scope of responsibility.
- Report significant matters of concern to the division head in a timely manner.
- Serve as the designated customs business contact and liaise with customs for communications and cooperations.
- Carry out communication and cooperation with the customs authorities and respond to official inquiries and regulatory requirements.
- Secure distribution capacity and capabilities, and control distribution costs efficiently.
- Develop and implement import and export compliance programs in line with PRC policies, regulations and E/// internal Trade Compliance directives.
- Oversee full-range customs compliance execution to enhance ENC's compliance level, and provide timely feedback to customs as required.
- Manage and develop team competencies, including studying and applying relevant policies to import and export management.
- Deliver customs policy insights to the ENC President and LT members in line with their respective responsibilities.
- Govern and manage first-tier LSPs.
- Set unit objectives and targets and follow up implementation results.
- Plan, review and control unit resources, forecasts and expenditures.
- Initiate, support and drive continuous improvement in operational activities.
