Job Title
Manager of Process Engineering and Support reports to Manager of Test HW Supply and Prod. Eng.
Objective of the Job
Plan and manage resources, competencies, and processes within the scope of process engineering and support.
Manage Process Support Section to provide professional 1 st line process & quality support and equipment maintenance (All the equipment except test related one) towards the commitment to excellence for NPI production.
Responsibility
Develop and organize Process Support Section into an efficient organization that provides professional 1st line process & quality, excellent maintenance of process equipment and canonical spare parts' management.
Continuously improve process equipment availability for both NPI/TPI and volume production.
Assure the achievement of yearly targets in terms of process support. Push TPM implementation and improvement in production.
Authority
Have access to all information necessary for carrying out the responsibilities and assigned tasks.
Assign tasks to process support technicians.
Approve document created or maintained by process support technician.
Approve the section's members working time reports and leave applications in ESS/MSS.
Define the Ways of Working within the section, and with the interfaces of the other sections.
Main Task
Manage and coordinate daily work in Process Engineering and Support Section.
Drive establishment of goals and objectives in Process Support Section. Implementation of measurements and follow up of relevant KPI's related. Ensure the achievement of goals and objectives.
Monitor and report section work results, follow up the corrective and preventive actions, initiate improvement.
Develop process and method of equipment performance/spare parts control and improvement.
Plan and adjust headcounts of Process Support Section in line with business requirement.
Plan and manage competence development for Process Support staff.
Manage processes and systems that are owned by Process Support team.
Support and co-operate with all internal and external teams.
Create a coherent organizational culture to motivate employees.
Monitor, drive or coach the responsibilities and tasks specified in Operational Description of Process Support
Requirement
University degree or above in Engineering.
Good knowledge in mechanical area.
Be familiar with TPM system.
Comprehensive knowledge of Ericsson products and processes is preferred.
6 sigma Black Belt is preferred.
Fluent English in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
Be able to play a leading role in a team, showing characters of leadership, creativeness, and persuading ability.
Skills Required
