Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance online presence and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

- Define and execute SEO strategy across technical, content, and authority building initiatives
- Leverage AI-assisted tools for content scalability, semantic search optimization, and performance analysis
- Optimize for AI-driven search experiences, entity-based SEO, and E-E-A-T
- Ensure quality control and governance for AI-generated SEO outputs
- Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and search algorithm changes
- Translate business goals into actionable digital strategies and execution plans
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Pilot new tools, platforms, and AI capabilities to improve digital effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and platforms

Essential Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
