We are seeking a creative and analytical Manager, Digital Marketing to join our team. As a Digital Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all channels. Your focus will be on scaling our SaaS business in the healthcare IT sector, taking our digital presence to a comprehensive world class omnichannel experience 

 
What You’ll Be Doing: 

Digital Strategy Development: 

  • Implement and drive a digital marketing strategy that aligns and adapts with our business goals by understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in the healthcare IT space 

  • Identify areas for growth and innovative approaches to digital marketing 

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance on best practices, campaign strategies, and performance optimization; Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth 

Performance Marketing and Testing: 

  • Plan, lead, and also execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media platforms, and display advertising campaigns, focusing heavily on the healthcare IT sector and deeply understanding healthcare personas to target them effectively 

  • Analyze audience insights to refine targeting and maximize engagement 

  • Continuously test and iterate on campaign elements to optimize performance and manage advertising budgets effectively 

  • Track the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 

Conversion Optimization: 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience 

  • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points, optimizing user funnels 

Budget Management and Insights: 

  • Allocate and manage the budget for paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) 

  • Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on data-driven insights 

 

What You Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree - in marketing or a related field  

  • 8+ years of demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns  

  • Proficiency in conducting marketing research and analyzing data - identify insights and optimize campaigns 

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate by creating compelling content and campaigns 

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within healthcare IT  

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels 

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments 

  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.) 

  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools 

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines 

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
