What You Will Do💡
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and resilient DevOps infrastructure.
- Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS) and ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Monitor system performance, security, and uptime using advanced observability tools.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
- Collaborate with software engineers to enhance development workflows and ensure smooth production deployments.
- Define and enforce DevOps best practices, security policies, and compliance standards.
- Manage incident response and troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability.
- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers to build a high-performing DevOps culture.
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Shell) and automation frameworks.
- Deep understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and GitOps principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
