About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Manager Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven strategies , conduct experiments on large datasets to evaluate the feasibility, results, and performance of NLP& LLM (Large Language Model). This DS make sound engineering decisions and improve software development practices with an eye for performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts to develop predictive models and algorithms.
  • Design and implement advanced data analysis, and produce actionable insights to improve business operations and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and develop solutions to address them.
  • Develop scalable and efficient data-driven solutions and products.
  • Communicate analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Stay updated with state-of-the-art data science techniques and methodologies, and integrate them into the team's work.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of statistical models and data architectures.

Requirements

  • Have Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Have proven experience (3+ years) working in data science, machine learning, or AI. With a track record of delivering impactful projects.
  • Have proficiency in programming languages such as Python, as well as relevant data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Have experience with generative AI models and techniques (e.g., LLMs, GANs) for content generation.
  • Have expertise in prompt engineering for fine-tuning language models like GPT-3.5 or similar models.
  • Have knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data manipulation techniques.
  • Have exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
